Users can use the AI Assist button to automatically fill in the Job Description, Responsibilities, and Qualifications. If the initial content is not satisfactory, users have the option to regenerate or edit it as required.
Skills Advisor for Job Requisitions
AI recommends relevant and essential skills for job requisitions, which recruiters can add based on specific details, such as the position being hired for.
Time to Hire
Time to Hire feature predicts how long it will take to make a first hire. It shows estimations during job requisition creation, and it updates to show a comparison between the estimated time to hire, and the time since the requisition has been opened. Once the first hire is made, it shows the estimated time versus the actual time to hire.
While creating the requisition you can change parameters like Requisition Title, Education Level & Locations to see AI’s estimation for these changing parameters.

The AI Apps feature Suggested Candidates uses a machine learning model to suggest relevant candidates for open job requisitions. It compares candidate profiles with job details to find potential matches, saving time for recruiters. Suggested candidates are displayed in the Suggested Candidates section of a job requisition, along with criteria that indicate their match.
Similar Candidates
Similar Candidates feature finds candidates with similar traits to an existing candidate, improving productivity and candidate quality. This feature is especially useful for professional or skilled positions with many candidates, reducing manual resume screening.
Empower Candidates
Candidate Job Fit Feedback
Gen AI evaluates how well a candidate's profile or resume matches job requirements, scoring them on a 0-5 scale based on skills, expertise, experience, and education. It also provides a summary of the scoring criteria, enhancing the quality of candidate experience by giving candidates immediate feedback on their fit for the role.
Skills Advisor for Candidates
Candidates can select Skills from an AI-recommended list tailored to a specific job based on their experience. They can effortlessly choose relevant skills and provide additional details.
Suggested Jobs & Similar Jobs
Candidates can use the Suggested Jobs feature to find job opportunities that match their profile quickly, while the Similar Jobs feature recommends related, similar job requisitions based on job requisitions that the candidate has already applied for. Both features utilize AI and machine learning algorithms to enhance job discovery and application.
Design More Impactful Career Sites Quickly Using AI
You can choose one or more job categories, and the AI will automatically generate category tiles on the splash page and corresponding landing pages. AI will create introductory text for the category landing pages. You can also customize these AI-created tiles, pages, and links as you like.
For text content of your career site, you can enter a topic and word count with relevant text to generate additional content for career site paragraphs using Generative AI. You can edit and regenerate text as needed to quickly create and update paragraphs on your career site.
